The service department is very quick and thorough. I had a scheduled appointment at 1pm and arrived over an hour early because my other appointments finished quickly as well. They immediately took my car back for its 10,000-mile service and a recall repair. The waiting lounge has private areas with computer and phone chargers. I will be back.

Nate did a great job helping me find a vehicle. He touched base with financing before I even got there and listened to all the amenities I needed. He had the vehicle ready when I showed up. I was so happy with my purchase, ended up with 2 vehicles! I had a major accident 3 wks after purchasing RAV4 XLE from this location and a giant buck totaled it, fortunately I had GAP. I was able to use my son's vehicle as a trade-in and get him something that had the same airbags that saved my life. When the deer ran head first into my driver's side window the curtain airbags went off definitely saved his antlers from being inside my car. Financing department did a great job as well. Love the safety features and my new RAV4 XLE Premium. My son was so surprised & grateful for his beatiful pre-owned RAV4 XLE. I will definitely be sleeping better knowing he's safer on the road. Worth it!!!
